Refund Policy - Klypto WC

Klypto maintains a transparent and compliance-oriented refund framework designed specifically for automated trading systems. All refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms below. This refund policy applies only to the first completed 30-day cycle starting from the subscription activation date. Refunds are not applicable for subsequent months.

1. Monthly Performance Evaluation

Although users may subscribe for a full 12-month period, refund eligibility is evaluated only for the first month, based on the completed initial 30-day performance cycle. Refunds are not assessed on a daily or partial-period basis. During the 30-day evaluation cycle, Klypto reviews: • Trading logs • Execution records • AI-generated signals • User activity (to confirm no manual interference) A refund can only be considered after that specific 30-day cycle has completed. How it works If you start your plan on 5 December, Your evaluation date will be 5 January. On 5 January, we check: • Total AI-generated profit/loss for the full 30 days • Only losses caused by KLYPTO AI If you are in loss after 30 days: We refund that loss amount from your subscription fee. Example You purchased the ₹1500 plan → Available Fund = ₹1500 At month-end, if AI-generated loss = ₹120, → You will receive a ₹120 refund from your subscription.

2. Refund Eligibility Requirements

A refund may be approved only when all of the following conditions are met: • A verified loss occurred that is directly attributable to Klypto's AI system • The user has completed the first full 30-day evaluation cycle • No manual trades, interventions, or changes were made by the user • All instructions, risk-usage guidelines, and platform rules were followed • The loss occurred exclusively within the specific 30-day cycle being reviewed Klypto does not guarantee profits, returns, or market outcomes.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for: • Daily or mid-cycle losses • Manual trading or unauthorised user intervention • System misuse or deviation from recommended settings • Losses from previous cycles • Exchange downtime or third-party system issues • Any month not yet completed • Any cycle after the first completed 30-day period Refunds are strictly tied to verified AI-generated losses only.

4. Refund Processing

Once all eligibility checks are completed: • The Klypto review team verifies the cycle's performance • If eligible, the refund amount (equivalent to the monthly value of the annual plan) is approved • The refund is processed within 7 working days • Refunds are credited only to the original payment method • Refunds cannot be routed to alternate accounts, wallets, or third-party payees
